Follow the main RiderForge releases and the production problems each update helps solve.

2.5.0 — A more flexible, consistent Rider Forge

Rider Forge 2.5 improves editing, version recovery, stereo inputs and PDF consistency while keeping your existing workflows.

  • A cleaner dashboard and editor, direct section navigation, secondary tools on demand, and optional rider fields.
  • Direct access between riders, advances and account settings, clearer action menus and navigation from help and recovery screens.
  • Clearer dialogs for saving, PDF previews, account access and advances, with readable fields, accessible actions and improved scrolling on desktop and mobile.
  • Safer saving and draft recovery, protection against conflicting edits, and version restoration that preserves the selected stage plot in PDF exports.
  • Mono and stereo inputs with consistent channel numbering in the editor, PDF and Production Pack.
  • PDF language corrections and reliable JSON backup imports and version restoration.
  • 21 additional Pro equipment models and fixes to account isolation, subscription states and password recovery.

2.0.0 — Editable PDF imports and production-ready handoffs

RiderForge 2.0 turns structured technical-rider PDFs into editable rider sections and makes it easier to hand complete production information to venues and crews.

  • Detects general information, consoles, PA, monitors, input lists and production notes in structured PDFs.
  • Exports a Production Pack ZIP with the generated PDF, JSON data, input-list CSV, stage plot and the original source PDF when available.
  • Shared live links include generation and source-update context so recipients know which rider version they are reviewing.
  • AI Rider Review is available through the paid Pro AI plan and checks missing data, inconsistencies and practical production risks.

1.2.7 — Dashboard inbox and notifications

A personal inbox now keeps support replies, resolved bug reports and reviewed feedback visible inside the rider dashboard.

  • Unread and read filters keep follow-up work organized.
  • Notifications can be marked as read without leaving the dashboard.

1.2.6 — Full technical-advance workflow

Tour teams and venues can collaborate through checklists, issue tracking, readiness status and a shared activity trail before load-in.

  • Critical items appear in a dedicated needs-attention section.
  • Venue checklists become read-only after submission while the audit trail remains available.
  • PDF export gained language, theme, branding, cover, header, footer and table-of-contents options.
